Guests report long wait times for simple orders, inconsistent food quality, and a troubling lack of attention from staff. Issues ranged from receiving incorrect items and cold, soggy fries to experiencing rudeness from employees. While the surrounding upscale mall provides a decent atmosphere, it seems this Chick-fil-A is struggling to meet the high standards typically associated with the brand, leaving loyal customers contemplating their future visits. An overall decline in service and food quality is putting this location at risk of losing clientele.
Sorry to do this, but I must report that I was very disappointed. We used the drive thru, and when we got to the window we had to remind the server about our drinks she seemed distracted or perhaps upset about something. Then after we got home we realized that instead of chicken nuggets (or bites, whatever they're called) we realized we'd been given wings, so there were bones to deal with that we hadn't expected. Was she new, short-handed or just having a bad day?
Best Chick-fil-A display to everyone else. moves quickly and efficiently.
Good food, but very crowded. the line to place orders was very long and slow.
