Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Our first dining experience at this restaurant will likely be our last. Despite having a lovely waitress, the repeated apologies for the delay in our appetizer and the 30+ minute wait for our meals became tiresome. The chips and salsa appetizer was not worth the price. My wife's cheeseburger was fine, but my roasted chicken was dry and clearly reheated. We opted out of dessert and later found out that the slow service was due to a large party being served elsewhere in the restaurant. A warning before ordering would have been appreciated. It would have been helpful if a manager had addressed us instead of having the waitress constantly apologize.

The service at this restaurant was fantastic! The food was alright, but the steak wasn't very tender for a ribeye and the fish was also not very good. The restaurant itself was beautiful.

The customer service was outstanding, the atmosphere is great for family dining, and the food was decently priced and tasty.

Visited Cheddars a few days ago. The service was great and the ambiance very good. The food was terrible.My wife's hamburger did not taste like beef and the consistency was odd. I wonder if it was plant based?My whitefish with fries and coleslaw was also terrible. The coleslaw didn't seem fresh made -probably the same commercially made product you can get in any restaurant after spooning it from a one gallon container. The fish was coated in a batter and deep fried but the coating was very thick and hard. The fries seemed stale and/or re-fried and inedible.

Amazing Chicken Tenders! Their food is good, atmosphere is fun, and tables are clean. I can't wait to come back soon!
