Contribute FeedbackDining experiences at this restaurant have been notably hit-or-miss. Many guests appreciate the delicious food and attentive bartenders, especially during busy periods. However, issues with slow service and staff shortages have frequently marred the experience. While some patrons found value in the meals, others lamented cold or overcooked dishes and the inattentiveness of servers. Though management has made efforts to rectify problems, such as refunds, the overall impression remains mixed. Given the current staffing challenges, visitors may opt for bar seating or adjustments in expectations, especially during peak times. A tentative return after the holidays is anticipated.
We arrived and weâre seated quickly at It took a waiter minutes to even greet us at our table. Then by the time we got waters it was about minutes, then minutes for our cocktails. The soup never came and it was by the time we got our dinner. Our dinner was almost cold by the time we ate it and mine was a bit soggy so it must have been sitting and the waiter didnât grab it to bring it to us promptly. The server was very slow to bring us things and even had to find someone else to fetch us our check. The manager refunded our meal portion which was nice but with how slow the service was for food and drink I donât think weâll return.
Very good service. good proportion to cost ratio. auberginen parmesan was very good, as the garnelen scampi cut salate. good choice of crying. the food came out hot in time. we're coming back.
It took minutes until the first drinks came to the table. always have to be asked for water refills. the food took an hour and sat under a heat lamp for so long, the whole food was dry.

Great Valentineâs Day dinner. Wife enjoyed her eggplant parm and for an Italian restaurant, their filet mignon was amazing. Highly recommend.
