Basilico New York Deli & Market

I hadn 't eaten here in several years due to not being in the area very often, but I was 'reintroduced ' a couple of weeks ago and remembered why I was impressed. Today I had an appointment around the corner and I hadn 't eaten in 24 hours, I KNEW I wanted Basilico as my first meal!! Ordered soup and sandwich and a pizza and was not disappointed. All was outstanding but the pizza, wow! Being from NY I have a palette for pizza and it is also one of my all time favorite foods, I eat it everywhere I go. I must say that the Margharita pizza that I just ate (reheated) is amazing!!!!! One of, if not THE best in town! Thank you!

Definitely going back to have Margherita pizza again and try other things as well. Cabernet was good but I would not recommend the Pinot Noir. I also recommend going on a non-weekend night as there may not be a table available for seating.

Never had a bad meal in the 5 years we have eaten here. Love their Rustica pizza, Cob Salad, and Hot Italian.

Ask anyone who knows me I have a sweet tooth. I enjoy the grilled eggplant panini and always make room for a taste of something new. I take my mom here with me after I take her to medical appointments. She really enjoys sweets too so it works out. Friendly place.

I literally have never had anything I didn't like here!..Some favs: lobster bisque, greek salad, corned beef, pasta salad, and of course their pizza. Ordering to go also is quick and easy!
