Applebee's Grill - Fredericksburg

I just finished a curbside pickup from this restaurant. My son is lactose intolerant so I ordered the kids cheeseburger and made sure to request no cheese. However, when I got home I discovered that there was cheese on the burger and the fries were missing. I take some responsibility for not checking the bag, but overall the lack of attention to detail here is concerning. The restaurant was not busy at the time, so I am unsure what caused these issues. I tried calling once I got home, but the line just kept ringing. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

This is my second time in a row not receiving cole slaw with my fish and chips order (to go). The staff was friendly and efficient from taking the order over the phone to delivering it to my car. The online ordering system could use improvement. The food was good, but I would have liked to have received the cole slaw as well.

On Sunday July 17th, we received a fantastic deal at this restaurant. Everything was delicious, the service was great, and the staff were wonderful. This is definitely the best restaurant in the city, with their attention to detail evident in every aspect of our experience. Thank you!

Great service even with it almost closing. The manager, was charming and warming. Our server, Mike was very polite and intune with our wants. L33 also came and helped even tho he wasn't our server. The experience was awesome.

Host vicky was very friendly and she wasn't even on the watch, invited her to eat with our family and she ensured that we get good service. even if the server was not very friendly sick was definitiw back to see the host
