Hate to say this cause we love Panera bread but this one is the worst location the management is rude like really rude they talk to you like trash I had two coo... read more Hate to say this cause we love Panera bread but this one is the worst location the management is rude like really rude they talk to you like trash I had two cookies left out n Dee who claims she's a manager was the rudest person I may have ever spoken too n was only to say we didn't receive our cookies I'm still in a bit of shock to be honest we visit Panera almost every day but I think I'm done rap at this location I truly feel sorry for the employees who have to work here if that is there manager she does not care like I had two cookies left out that is all n she was so mad ,,, I don't even want the cookies but I just want ppl to be aware go somewhere else we're u will be treated descent There is a Panera on the next exit go there the staff is so kind!
