Just go up one exit to Kernstown and it’s way better!!!! This McDonald’s really is the worst…. I actually had them flatten my at pounder and take all the juice out and dry it out completely… horrible McDonald’sDo yourself a favor… go to Kernstown… food is WAY better!!! View all feedback.
Food was good and fresh. Employees friendly and they allow truck parking. Thanks!
Was at McDonald’s on Alyor Road in Stephens City, VA last night. Had set in line for 20 to 25 minutes. We snaked our way around to find they closed at 9:00. Employees still inside they could’ve came out to the customers and said something was wrong. With some reason they had to close early. They did none of that. I will never go back to this place again and I just live right down the street.
McDonald's will always be a 2.5 to 3. If you haven't been there you must be new to the country
Service is good, but the food is always messy. I worked at McDonalds and know how crazy it can get. Still, take pride in your job and do neatly and correctly.
On the road, needed food, made the stop.... Best fries ever!!!!!!
