my wife and I had read a few weeks ago about mair’s and stopped for a vegan brunch. brunch consisted of various foods that were really delicious individually, with great texture and deep taste the species, if dishes they can only make if they really care about herbal foods and believe that it can be delicious. they also have vegetarian options. beautiful atmosphere on a sunny summer evening, and the service was very good. but apart from the suppe, the vegan options are only variations on a thema. a delicious thema, but not much change. the suppe was great. Super nice cafe and some lovely owners and staff.
Great food, I chose only to get vegetarian dishes and it was super exciting and very tasty

Great authentic little cafe in the heart of Fredericia. The cutest host who engages very in the local environment. The food is extremely tasty and made with loving, and then there is also vegetarian option. I definitely come again for food, history and the good beer selection
I am very excited about eateries and for that matter all other stores that take a responsibility. Raw goods with good conscience and food made with love and space for different convictions. It is the first time I visited Mair's, but certainly not last.
