I tried to order online. For whatever reason it didn’t work. It happens. I call the store to place my order because someone is already on the way to pick it up.... read more I tried to order online. For whatever reason it didn’t work. It happens. I call the store to place my order because someone is already on the way to pick it up. I give the guy my order. It’s long and detailed with everything I wanted on the 2 subs. Get there and they say they don’t have an order and to get in line. I call to ask what happened. Dude says he didn’t write down my order. Moron!! Lets a customer read off an order for 45-60 seconds and doesn’t write anything down? I get that it’s not easy to find good help these days, but competence should be the first thing on the list of skills a person has before hiring them. We get the food home and they screwed up the order. Only thing we can figure out is that we were given someone else’s sub. There’s not supposed to be chicken on the Outlaw sub. I didn't get the receipt but either way my grandsons were very disappointed. I don't live anywhere near Frederick to even go back. Extremely disappointing!
