For whatever reason it didn’t work. It happens. I call the store to place my order because someone is already on the way to pick it up. I give the guy my order. It’s long and detailed with everything I wanted on the 2 subs. Get there and they say they don’t have an order and to get in line. I call to ask what happened. Dude says he didn’t write down my order. Moron!! Lets a customer read off an order for 45-60 seconds and doesn’t write anything down? I get that it’s not easy to find good help these days, but competence should be the first thing on the list of skills a person has before hiring them. We get the food home and they screwed up the order. Only thing we can figure out is that we were given someone else’s sub. There’s not supposed to be chicken on the Outlaw sub. I didn't get the receipt but either way my grandsons were very disappointed. I don't live anywhere near Frederick to even go back. Extremely disappointing! It is either not working period, or it has not placed my order, multiple times (7) after accepting it and charging my card. This has happened the past 5 attempts over the last 3 months. The management of Subway cooperation should be hiding in there closets because this is a total embarrassment on their behalf and suggests whoreshit customer service values, courtesy, and is well beyond a performance evaluation or public rating equivalent! Are they aware that there are millions of 7th and 8th graders In the world today, these are middle schoolers I am speaking of; who can, unscripted; develop a website, run an operating system, and monitor it's database? These adolescent youth are not even of age to operate a motor vehicle on any ofour US infrastructure. I am certain that there are well over a few hundred thousand that would and it could, offer you and your staff a short term contract for consultation once they meet the age requirements under labor law's. That said, perhaps they would be willing to operate on the Subway's cooperate infrastructure and not must support it from the bottom of your unstable funnel. I will not be offering you my input below for yours or any of your clienteles demographic needs. Hopefully this will save in the filing fees and will benefit your current capabilities.
