Firehouse Subs - Frazer

Food is always good. It can be busy for hours during lunch, but it is worth waiting. The firehouse greeting is also a beautiful touch. During my last visit, my sandwich was given to another customer, which led to a 30-minute waiting time for me. You solved the problem by giving me a map for a free sandwich and Brownie for my problems. They were also extremely apologetic. Errors happen, but they will be easier to forget when a company solves it in the right way.

Rhis was my second visit to Firehouse. The first was years ago. I was greeted when I walked in. The lady behind the counter explained the menu and the process. Everyone was friendly. They called me by name when they delivered my sub to the table. The sub was good and warm when it arrived. Is it the best sub I've ever had? No. Was it tasty and a good value? Yes

I'm consistently pleased with the subs, regardless of which Firehouse location I visit, but this particular team went above and beyond to accommodate my complicated order, and I truly appreciate that.

We visited this restaurant for lunch for the first time, and I have to say, the staff is incredibly friendly! They welcomed us all together in perfect harmony (which was actually kind of amusing, not creepy at all, haha). They took my order with care and assisted me with various choices, checking in to see if the subs I ordered were to my liking. I truly felt well taken care of. The food was fantastic, and the customer service was absolutely beautiful. Keep up the great work, everyone! I’ll definitely be back for more!

The selection of hot sauces here is fantastic—you'll find anything from mild to extremely hot. While I'm not usually a fan of roasted sub fillings, I absolutely love them here. The rolls are perfectly put together, and the melted cheese creates an ideal base for the hot sauces. The restaurant's theme is great, featuring a simple yet clean interior with plenty of seating. Overall, this place is fantastic!
