Normally wonderful, I love visiting with staff. Today I stopped for lunch and ordered 3 subs, 12 . It was a very long wait and was charged incorrect. This is edited. Not only did they apologize right away, but also took the time to write me a letter andrefunded me in full. I didn't expect that at all. That is going above and beyond customer care. I stop in every Friday, andwill continue to.
(SR. CITIZEN REVIEW) Called ahead from my car and my pizza was ready and waiting! Great pizza, great service, great place. I only wish I would have had a Frazee Hornets card. It would have taken $3.00 off the price of the pizza!????
They have the best cappuccino there. Better than their competitors by far. Their store is always neat and clean as well as the restrooms.Employees are very helpful and willing to take that extra step to ensure you well taken care of. They have a goodvariety of foods and snacks as well as drinks.
