The only gas station in Frazee, MN has been fully renovated to improve customer service. It now offers bait, snacks, gasoline, diesel, tasty pizza and subs, along with a coffee and cappuccino bar. The prices are fair and affordable.
Normally wonderful, I love visiting with staff. Today I stopped for lunch and ordered 3 subs, 12 . It was a very long wait and was charged incorrect. This is edited. Not only did they apologize right away, but also took the time to write me a letter andrefunded me in full. I didn't expect that at all. That is going above and beyond customer care. I stop in every Friday, andwill continue to.
