What Jacqui Beek dislikes about Solstice Winter Bistro:
Does anyone know who owns Solstice and Wild Horse Catering? I hired them for my wedding on 6.3.23- 3 months in advance and they didn’t show up. Shannon said they were prepping for me, and not to worry on my big day, and NEVER SHOWED UP. This is fine dining, white glove service, 120 per person dinner and they just ghosted!!!! Any guidance greatly appreciated. View all feedback.
What a fantastic discovery! We recently moved to Granby and were searching for alternatives to burgers and pizza, and we found exactly what we wanted here! We opted for tapas, and everything we tried was exceptional. My favorites were the bison ravioli and the lamb slider. My husband particularly enjoyed the shaved steak and the bacon-wrapped scallop. This place is a gem in Fraser! We also shared a bottle of wine, which was reasonably priced considering the quality of the food. With a lovely ambiance and attentive service, we're definitely coming back to try the main dishes next time!

We enjoyed a delightful meal at Solstice with our family after a day of skiing. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, and the food was outstanding. Our waiter was attentive and provided helpful recommendations for places in the area. My husband accidentally left his phone behind, but the owner was generous enough to mail it back to us once we got home. We will definitely be returning during our next visit to Winter Park. Omg this place hits the spot!!! I brought my girlfriend here one night after we hadn’t been out in a while, to celebrate our anniversary, and we were not disappointed!! We shared the petit filet and Hokkaido scallops, tenderloin tip stroganoff, wild mushroom ravioli, and a house salad. I can’t say enough about the quality atmosphere, service and of course the delicious cuisine!! We will definitely not be waiting until next year for our next visit see you soon!!
One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Overpriced mediocre food, drinks were awful and made without care. They screwed up our receipt twice and forgot to give us our card back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
