Description

Nestled beside a popular trail and brewery, this casual taco spot—part food truck, part sit-down eatery—delights with tender meats, standout churros, vibrant salsas, quesadillas and nachos, and beer pairings. Friendly, attentive service and pleasant indoor/outdoor seating make it ideal for hikers, families and quick meals; prices are generally affordable. Occasional issues reported include gristly cuts, sparse toppings and app-only, credit-card‑only ordering with security concerns, so expect mostly excellent flavors but mixed consistency in execution.

The food was fantastic! The pork was excellent, the queso was superb, and the service was wonderful!

The chicken nachos we had were the best we've ever tasted! The salsa verde was vibrant and had a hint of sweetness. The quesadilla was a perfect 10/10, and the street corn was delicious. We'll definitely be returning!

Adorable food truck with delicious tacos. They are a bit pricey in my opinion, but considering it's located near Winter Park, I suppose that’s to be expected.

It was so disappointing that I ended up making myself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. To be fair, the queso was actually good. However, they messed up our street taco order for one of the kids, and the beef tacos were filled with gristle. The toppings were either boring or minimal. I suppose I should have read the description more carefully. Regardless, we won't be returning.
