We have been with michael for the first time after the star. the compilation of the menu is exceptional in high quality as usual. the michelinstern is priced but it is worth it once it is something special should be kitchen service and locality are consistently recommended.
In October 21 it was once again 1 week chiemgau holiday and what would chiemgau be without a visit to the herrn schlaipfer, inleitenberg. has become so natural since we have discovered this culinary gem. it is worth taking the wrong road to this small village to see what the chef has composed this time. there are cheaper in the chiemgau, but not many better, especially if it should not be crust roast though, he would probably also get that right well. long talk short senses: just go and let yourself be surprised!after the 15th march: finally and deservedly he has a michelin star...they have left themselves time:

Very cozy environment. the team is very polite and competent. it is a culinary experience every time! we are happy to come back to them.
