They have display cases where you can see all the different cuts of meat, mostly beef, they have available that day for you to choose what type you want. They know how to cook the meat perfectly. The location is a little difficult to reach by foot from the center of Frascati as you have to cross a busy road, but it is not far. Easier by car and I think there is plenty of parking. The only thing that was troubling is that they don't have paper menus, only by smartphone, but they can describe the dishes and you can see the meat cuts in person.

Fresh cuts of ham and a huge peice of buffalo mozzarella, which was delicious. Huge pizza, thin crust with more fresh meat and veg, probably the best one we had in Frascati. Pasta Rigatonni with creamy mushroom and sausage sauce was also delicious. Thoroughly recommend going here, you won't be disappointed. Menu in english too.
