High expectations, considering all the great food which is available in SA, sadly disappointed. The courses started of with wows, then products decorations were repeated, which is a no go for this kind of experience. Before introducing a dish, some research should be done, since certain foods just don’t go together, even if this is experimental dining. Wow, what an incredible restaurant! If this place were in London, it would definitely earn a Michelin star. The subtle spices used in the dishes create a one-of-a-kind experience that sets it apart from typical fine dining establishments, making it truly special. I had possibly the best steak I've ever tasted, and the bread course was also one of the best I've experienced!
