Food was amazing. Staff were great. Kinda a bit of a shame that the split Rubbish Recycling bin both go to the same bin underneath, and it is glaringly obvious as you can see the whole bin underneath. 5 stars for good food and service. But 2 lost for deciet. View all feedback.
I experienced some of the worst service I've ever encountered at this restaurant. I was served a frozen avocado, and when I brought it to the staff's attention, she replied, "If you didn’t want an avocado toastie, you shouldn’t have ordered one." That response was utterly ridiculous and thoughtless. What I wanted was a fresh avocado toastie, not a frozen one.
Oh my goodness... It seems like they really love their jobs here. The service was absolutely awful... Come on, smile folks!

You can expect the typical quality you find at Subway.
The food was exceptional, and the staff were wonderful. However, it's a bit disappointing that the separate compartments for rubbish and recycling both lead to the same bin underneath, which is quite noticeable since you can see the entire bin. Overall, I would give it 5 stars for the excellent food and service, but I deduct 2 stars for this lack of transparency.
