My partner order a burger with chips + chocolate milkshake and I ordered scrambled eggs on toast with hash brown + chocolate milkshake. The milkshake needed more topping. I asked for my toast to be "well cooked" (golden brown all over) and it was just ghost toast and there was enough egg to cover one full piece of toast yet served two.
