Just visited this disgrace of a business in Franklinton and they were out of chicken! I would absolutely be ashamed to be the owner of such a poorly run establishment. Popeye’s should seriously consider pulling the franchise from this owner. Service is consistently horrible at best and they can’t even keep a supply of the staple menu item!

None of the staff wonna work they close at ten but stop serving food at nine . Oh can't choose none of ur opps because they never gave me a chance .. Franklinton Popeyes needs new managers are something, I got kids to feed and they wanted Popeyes way before the tyme of close .,

When ordering at drive thru, you can repeat your order three times then be asked what did you order again at the first window and by the time you get your food, it's not even close to what you ordered. Okay people make mistakes give them another try, same thing! Then one day hungrier than an orphan baby wookin pa dub... Stopped in, still order incorrect. I know what I want they can't deliver it. I just quit eating Popeye's from Franklinton. Now the one in Bogalusa gets the order correct all the time.

Well I understand why the keep the door locked can go inside eat dinner .
