Vito's Pizzeria - Franklin Square

From the unfriendly pizza server to the girl handling phone orders, this place has really declined in food quality. I ordered a meatball hero, but they decided to chop up the meatballs and turned it into a sloppy joe instead. The pizza is certainly not appealing either.

I recently hosted my bridal shower at this restaurant, and my guests are still talking about the fantastic food! The party room is stunning, and the staff were incredibly attentive and wonderful. We had 52 guests, and everyone felt comfortable. The owners are truly welcoming and friendly. Several people mentioned that it was the best sangria they’ve ever had! I highly recommend booking an event here.

If you're in search of genuine Italian cuisine, look no further than Olivetto! The food is delicious, and the staff is fantastic.

As a long time customer, I have no idea what is going on with them. Last time I ordered a grandma pie well done, it came mushy, floppy and soupy. I never had pizza like this from them! Next time I ordered pasta and 2 Crispina slices. One slice had no basilon it at all. One pasta was bland and I paid $7.50 for 3 jumbo shrimp that were shockingly tiny. The other pasta dish camewith shrimp but instead of the usual whole shrimp, it was all chopped up into small pieces (I assume to make it look like morethan it was? . So disappointing as they are my favorite pizza place and have recently been consistently poor quality.

Not a professional pizza maker there. It was sloppy and the meatball slices were not even on every slice. Pizza should be round this was just a mess. Crust was tuff not crispy at all. Something is really wrong. Nothing has changed since six months ago whenwe last had it from here.
