At Panda Express on Jamaica Ave, diners encounter a blend of culinary hits and misses. While some dishes like the orange chicken deliver a sweet and savory punch, others, notably the chow mein, have earned significant dislike. Complaints abound regarding inconsistent service and order accuracy, with patrons frequently noting issues with missing items and inattentive staff. Despite a few positive experiences with friendly employees, such as KINGGS, service can be marred by long wait times and management's lack of accountability. For those seeking a quick meal, in-person ordering is recommended to ensure quality and freshness.

Usually, I walk in, browse the options to see what looks appealing, and then order it to-go. I've never encountered any issues. I would advise against ordering online because it’s best to check the dish in person to ensure it looks fresh before finalizing your order, so you know exactly what you're getting. Since there's no wait time, I don’t see the advantage of ordering ahead. Plus, you can still scan your app to e... View all feedback.

What Nadia L dislikes about Panda Express:
I visited the restaurant yesterday with my son and ordered two plates. Right away, I noticed that the portion sizes were smaller than what we used to get, even though the prices were the same. The quality and quantity of the food were not up to par with what it used to be. I won’t be returning there again! View all feedback.

I frequently order from this restaurant and usually go for the larger plates. The food is enjoyable, but there's an ongoing issue with the sauce. They only provide one packet for two big plates, and it's often not the right sauce. If you don’t request extra sauce, they don't include any at all. Even when you do ask for more, they still only give you one packet. It's really disappointing to look forward to your meal, only to find out that there's just ONE PACKET OF SAUCE for two large dishes. I've noticed that other customers have shared similar complaints in previous reviews. If you're looking for a hassle-free dining experience, I suggest trying a different location.

Chow mein is disguising do not order it And do not donate to the hospital they are scammers scamming the middle-class these hospitals have the money to pay for people who are not able to pay and they choose not to because they want you to donate to them so they can get tax benefits Me and my girlfriend walked in here the other day I would’ve played the food. There was a young guy with braids. That is very hard-working. I ordered orange chicken with mushroom chicken orange chicken is very sweet. A little overly sweet and the mushroom chicken is overly salty, but tasty at the same time, I noticed the empty bowls that they have by the cashier means a lot of people are ordering it. That’s what the best thing is to order. I got the spicy orange chicken. It doesn’t really taste spicy and a lot of people haven’t been ordering it.As of June 2024 The chow mein is disgusting There is no parking here in case you’re trying to park and pick up your food unless you have someone else in the car this is a very busy area.
