Never eating here again. As a person who has lived here for over 20 years and have been a loyal customer at carvel for over a decade, the new staff that have worked here have the worst attitude possible. They fill half the ice cream up and put barely any ice cream in the cup and it isn?t worth $5 for literally nothing. Not to mention that they have no common curtesy and they fool around too much. I have carvel since 1965 and I just love it as the first time, the only difference then it costs .15 cents and now I have to remorrow the house!
They have a large socially remote facility that minimizes the number of customers inside. Obviously, Carvel is quite simple and you know what to expect. Five stars for friendly service and Kovid secure protocols.
