Kfc - Franklin Park

Every time I return to this place, I end up feeling disappointed. I know it's my own fault; if I don't check my order before leaving, it's almost always incorrect. Yesterday's issue was that they ran out of chicken—how surprising! They offered me crispy chicken instead, and I agreed. Later, they came back and asked if I would accept dark meat since they didn’t have enough white meat to complete the two dinners. I politely declined and decided to go to Wendy's instead.

I make a special trip for this KFC because the staff is wonderful. I've been really impressed with the service during my recent visits. The food is delicious and served hot, and the employees are friendly. What more could you ask for?

I truly enjoy this restaurant, but it can be frustrating when it closes unexpectedly due to the managers’ decisions. What about customers who want to dine here but don’t use food delivery apps like GrubHub or DoorDash? Please consider the needs and preferences of all customers, not just your own! That said, I always find myself coming back.

Worst customer service. 45 min for an order and this was for all chicken..what a joke!! Isn't KFC supposed to have chicken ready? At least some they stated they had none ready.Definitely need to contact corporate. And never to return here.

I like kfc for their good and tasty chicken meals and their many page options. I especially like their marching potatoes and gravy because it tastes really good. great customer service and good food. Go on!
