This restaurant is in desperate need of a makeover. I waited in the drive-thru for what seemed like an eternity, staring at the screen and waiting for someone to take my order. It was 6pm on a Sunday and eventually I gave up and went inside. To my disappointment, I was told that the lobby was closed. I mentioned that I had been waiting in the drive-thru, but they tried to blame their short-staffing. If that's true, then they should stop being on their phones and focus on serving their customers.
