Wendy's In Frankl - Franklin

The employee came out of the bathroom without washing her hands, then proceeded to handle food. She was also very rude. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

This restaurant is in desperate need of a makeover. I waited in the drive-thru for what felt like an eternity, staring at the screen and waiting for someone to take my order. It was 6pm on a Sunday. When I finally pulled around and went inside, I was told that the lobby was closed. I explained that I had been sitting in the drive-thru, but they claimed to be short-staffed. If that's true, then they need to stop playing on their phones and take care of their customers.
