My experience at TCBY was terrible! I bought two regular cups of ice cream for $10—honestly, I could have purchased a lunch for that price. After I left, I tried the ice cream and it tasted awful! I went back to ask if I could get soft serve instead. The cashier stared at me as though I was trying to return a car! She eventually handed me the soft serve, and I left in a hurry. That was my trip to TCBY, and I definitely won't be going back!
When I pointed this out, the cashier yelled back, asking if I wanted to call her manager or corporate, and defiantly claimed that she didn’t care, stating she had been working there for 12 years. I told her I would contact her manager and the corporate office regarding her unprofessional behavior. It’s hard to believe that a $2 kids cup is worth upsetting a customer to the point they would never want to return. Clearly, the staff at this location doesn’t value their customers highly. If you’re looking for a soft serve treat, I recommend going to Chick-fil-A or McDonald’s, where a small cone is only 99 cents and the employees are trained to treat customers with respect. There’s really nothing about this TCBY that sets it apart from its competitors.
