Taco Bell - Franklin

The food was mediocre, but what really turned me off was seeing an employee step outside to smoke while wearing gloves and then returning inside—clearly touching the door—before heading back to the kitchen to prepare more food. That was really off-putting and made me lose my appetite, so I didn't finish my meal. I suspect this happens frequently, so I won't be returning.

ROTTEN CHEESE!!!! Whoever made my regular beef tacos on Saturday night (Feb 25th) needs to be fired immediately. I got home Opened up my taco and the first thing I noticed was the horrid smell of rotten cheese, simultaneously I saw there was barely anything in my taco, at most 1/4 of what should be there. On top of that there wasn't even any sour cream. I know they weren't in a hurry because I was the only person in the drive thru. It's just pure laziness, I guess they will hire anybody now days. This has consistently been a poorly staffed taco bell (except for the only middle aged white male with beard, whenever he's there everything is usually good) I will drive an extra 10 mins to go to one of the other taco bells in the future. Rotten cheese, no sour cream and 1/4 the amount in a regular taco. Idk if I'll ever be able to eat taco bell again after that horrible smell/taste of rotten cheese. Disrespectful, disgusting and unbelievable.

This location was recently remodeled. So, there is a fresh look to everything. I got a deluxe cravings box. A little bit of everything in there. Chips and cheese, grilled stuffed chicken burrito salsa verde, crunchy beef taco, and a beef chalupa supreme. Done fast and right. The team here is quick and polite. Typically use the drive thru here. Today's experience was good. I'm be back.

Edit to respond to reply: this review PHOTO was taken 2 years ago, and you've had a recent remodel at this location. Not a very professional or timely reply taco bell. This place has an employee that is shady with gift cards and money. My mom and I had it happen to us twice by the same young man. The management was made aware yet he still works there. The first time my mom paid with a gift card that had $20 on it, she was given her food but not her card back that shouldve had money still available on it. She asked the cashier and he tried to tell her there was nothing on it. She told him to check it, he claimed he did and it was empty and wasn't giving her the card back. She had to ask again for her gift card back and he went and got it, so then she pulled over called the number on the card and it still had $13.83 still on it. The second time We paid for one drink using a gift card that had $11 on it, but he used our gift card to pay for the next people in line order. Then it took the manager forever to figure what to do, no apology the whole time. They finally gave us cash back.

My wife likes it. It all tastes the same to me. I probably won't eat anything from there again unless they bring back the Mexican pizza. That was a terrible decision on their part!
