The restaurant is exceptionally clean! As a resident of Franklin, this is the only Subway I choose to visit because of its cleanliness. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. I believe it's the only Subway in the area with a drive-thru window. I can always count on my food being fresh and delicious. Keep up the great work! View all feedback.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was tasty (I had the meatball sub), and the service was prompt.
Always fresh and delicious. The staff is pleasant and friendly. Hoping extended hours can be reinstated soon. We've missed our regular sub supper night but have made a few weekend lunches. Thankful to have such good food so close!
The two women were very friendly. It seemed that the young woman who prepared our sandwiches was in training, and she did an excellent job. Wishing her the best of luck!
