Barista looked at me when I didn’t tip when I went through the drive-through. I don’t think I should have to tip when I’m buying a drink that is way overpriced to start with and I’m picking it up at the window. They’re doing their job what they’re supposed to do I shouldn’t have to pay extra for that. View all feedback.
What God Valley doesn't like about Starbucks:
Coffee is okay, depends on who makes it. But this Starbucks is ALWAYS packed and the drive thru takes forever to get through. For a place that charges $7 for a latte, it doesn’t have enough people to make them. Step it up, Starbucks. View all feedback.
Do the workers here realize everyone can hear them? If you hate customers so much maybe the service industry isn't for you.While waiting for my coffee a couple mornings ago I could clearly hear the workers gossiping and making fun of the people they're supposed to be serving, will not be coming back.
