I had a lo... read more The chicken fried chicken was delightful, but the fried apples were overloaded with cinnamon. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. I had a lovely lunch dining in. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. I would highly recommend trying the mashed potatoes and cornbread. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5 out of 5.

Only disappointment was with the frog legs that were hot but under cooked the first time I ate here. Still a goodplace though. Edited 9/15/22 After coming to this place a few more times I have to call it quits after a service where allthe food was cold after waiting for 15 minutes. The meat that was colder than room temp and gravy that was as cold as if it justcame out of the refrigerator. Potatoes and beans were the warmest at room temp. Didn't even have the courtesy of throwing it inthe microwave. When I got the attention of a server they asked what I wanted them to do about it. So I had to leave before Itold the truth about what they could do with it. Won't go back any more.

Their chips were not as c... read more While their interior is small and packed, their food is great. Had the chicken strips for this place and boy, I made the right choice. Their chips were not as crunchy as I hoped but the applesauce was wonderfully thick and sweet. Their peach cobbler wasalso a very nice treat.
