Ruby Sunshine - Franklin

Wow, the food here is absolutely delicious, and our waiter Chris provided excellent service! I highly recommend trying each of the Eggs Benedicts that they make. It's definitely worth a visit whether you're a tourist or a local. We've lived in Franklin for several years, and this place never disappoints. My only suggestion is to visit during quieter times, like Thursday brunch, since Saturdays and Sundays can get quite busy.

Some of the components of the sandwich were not bad biscuit and scrambled egg , the Ruby Mimosa was not worth it at all, and the coffee was terrible. Server was great though. She really tried and was kind.

Best biscuits I've had on this trip. We came here on a recommendation not knowing they are affiliated with Ruby Slipper in New Orleans. I had a hard time deciding what to get because it all looked and sounded good. I opted for the omelette since it came with a biscuit and grits. I also added a side of sausage gravy. Omelette and grits were good, but the biscuit and gravy were excellent. I wanted to devour it all but it was too much for me. Others in my group ordered the Chicken St Charles, breakfast tacos, and the shrimp and grits. Everyone loved their food and my daughter really like the tasso cream on her meal. Others ordered some of coffees and liked them ao much they ordered one to go.

I have to say it's a mixed experience. I've been there several times. The original dish was good, and the coffee was interesting with a nice kick. However, during my most recent visit, the beignets were extremely heavy and overly greasy. I’ll give it one more try and leave one final review after that.

Really good food and all of the staff were nice and attentive. I definitely recommend the French toast bites, they are absolutely delicious!!!
