Papa Johns Pizza - Franklin

I won't say I haven't had any problems with this place yet, but that means I had problems in every food facility. It happens! Tonight was crazy! Friday night plus graduation plus free donut day... I ordered on the app it said 25-35 minutes.. that is longer than normal for performing, but I just waited the longer time and went. The lobby is full of pretty unhappy looking people. The manager Mallory, on the phone smiling but very obviously yelled at because someone has not yet delivered their pizza, a younger child tries to help a lady, pay her was rude above then began complaining because someone tells her 15 minutes on the phone. When I went to the counter, this great man cuts me off from the intention to know where his pizza is, very obviously to create a scene for the other customers. And while I get my pizzas ready at the time because I'm realistic, everyone still complains: "Have they even checked for execution?", "that's ridiculous" blah blah blah. I'm disgusting with the boldness that these people had to treat these employees about pizza. Not to mention, I assure you that no one was waiting to be starved. to the employees just keep going! Bad days come and go, get the payment check

I have pizza leaves and bread sticks. I thought it would take forever until it's Valentine's Day. They were fast. It was hot and delicious. And our delivery driver was super polite!!!

A big BBQ ordered chicken bacon filled crust pizza minus the bacon and the pizza was very good as the BBQ sauce sweet/tangy sauce with good chicken and filled crust.

Great experience I am an employee there and they are wonderful.

Love the food. Sad they are moving lol was right down the rd.
