Papa Johns Pizza - Franklin

When I arrived, the lobby was filled with visibly frustrated customers. The manager, Mallory, was on the phone, smiling, but it was clear she was stressed as someone was still waiting for their pizza delivery. A younger kid was trying to assist a lady but was quite rude in doing so, then started complaining when someone mentioned a 15-minute wait on the phone. When I approached the counter, a man abruptly interrupted me, clearly trying to make a scene in front of the other customers as he demanded to know where his pizza was. I understand the frustration, as I received my pizzas in due time, but the negativity from others was overwhelming. People were grumbling, "Have they even checked on the orders?" and "This is ridiculous," and it was disheartening to see how boldly they treated the staff over a pizza delay. It’s worth noting that nobody looked starving—everyone was just being impatient. To the employees, keep up the good work! Bad days will come and go, but don’t let it get you down. Just focus on getting through it!

I ordered pizza, cheesy breadsticks, and I was worried that it would take forever for Valentine's Day to arrive. However, they were really quick with the delivery. The food was hot and delicious, and our delivery driver was extremely polite!

I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with a stuffed crust, minus the bacon, and it was really delicious. The sweet and tangy BBQ sauce paired perfectly with the flavorful chicken, and the stuffed crust was a great addition.

Great experience I am an employee there and they are wonderful.
