Panera Bread - Franklin

I always love to eat at this Panera because I can sit outside or inside. They’re always really quick with my order. They are always friendly! My favorite is the Baja bowl and chips and I always get my .99 pastry lol… If you don’t have the sip club yet for 10.99 per month you’re missing out!

Really good tuna sandwich. Love the French onion soup! The clerk at the front counter was Fabulous! I believe her name is Sue.

I don’t often leave reviews but felt the need to. I am impressed with the customer service at this Panera location. The staff is friendly, courteous and goes the extra mile

Panera Cool Springs. Specifically ordered late after lunch rush for curbside. Received the order is ready notice, pulled up, put flashers on as instructed and sat for almost 20 mins. Now I know your thinking why didn 't you go in... first because I had my dog in the car and didn 't want to leave her in 89 degree heat and second had just had knee surgery the day before. So I called and was hung up on 5 times! Finally I asked a guy to keep an eye on my dog and hobbled inside, they had no such order I must have made a mistake, till I showed them the confirmations. There were only about 5 people in the store and they couldn 't even answer the phone! Finally they found my order, I left so angry why let it bother me because this was the 2nd time, food ice cold. My neighbors told me they go to one much further away to avoid this particular store. Fool me once... guess I was the fool. Never again will I spend a dime there.

I like this Panera. Food is always good, I agree it’s over priced but what isn’t these days? I would stick to what’s on the menu and not get too picky or your order will likely get messed up.
