Panda Express - Franklin

They have a massive roach problem outside on their sidewalk around the outdoor dining area. They all hide and come out of the cracks. Super gross...which makes me wonder about inside.

I usually never leave reviews but i just had too. I waited 15 mins for orange chicken as the workers in front of me joke around about finding hair in the food.

I just came to get food here and everything I wanted was out and the guy said were not cooking anymore .... What? They literally had nothing left but morsels. They close at 10:00pm I was there at 9:13pm. Super annoying especially after a long day of work and no food.

I'm here from California, and although I have had Panda many many times back home, I would never give it 5 stars , however, this particular Panda had exceptionally fresh food and great customer service. I have both walked in and had delivery, and each time was great. Will definitely return.

Thought white rice is sometimes half cooked, same with lo mein noodles. Fried rice is not as tasty as it should, something is missing. Also, shrimps aren't cooked well.Still overall, food was good and staff is fast and courteous.
