Jonathan's Grille - Franklin

Had dinner with my husband here. The ribeye steak was very good! Service was great, restaurant was clean, and had a great atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

**FOOD:** My wife and I tried the Cowboy Smash Burger and the Philly Cheese Steak, both served with fries. I ordered the burger, which I enjoyed. The menu indicated a BBQ sauce, but I opted out since I’m not really a fan of BBQ sauce on burgers. The burger and its toppings were tasty, although the jalapeños could have been fresher—still, that wasn’t a major issue. The Philly Cheese Steak was good, though it didn’t stand out, and the bun could have been fresher as well. The fries were tasty too. Overall, I have no complaints, but nothing particularly memorable about the food either. **SERVICE:** We dined on the patio and waited nearly 10 minutes while several servers passed by us while attending to other guests, which was frustrating. Just as I was about to leave, our waitress finally arrived. Earlier, we had overheard the host staff mention that they should inform our waitress that we were seated, which seemed to be a missed opportunity on their part. However, once our waitress came over, the service was good, so I have no specific complaints to raise here. **OTHER:** The restaurant felt clean and had more of a restaurant atmosphere than a sports bar vibe, which we appreciated. The bathrooms were acceptable, so I have no complaints in that regard either. **OVERALL:** After finally being acknowledged, we had a decent dining experience and would consider returning. The food was satisfying, and we left feeling full, meeting our expectations. While there’s nothing particularly extraordinary to highlight, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it based on our experience. I’ll give it a solid 4 stars.

Jonathan’s consistently delivers a fantastic experience. The meals are always delightful and the atmosphere is inviting. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious options, along with an extensive drink selection. Plus, there are plenty of TVs, so you can catch your favorite shows. The restaurant is clean, and the service is excellent as well.

I found it hard to choose from all the enticing options but eventually settled on the Roasted Red Pepper Pasta, and I was not disappointed! The portion was huge, and I took most of it home because I couldn't finish it. I also indulged in their much-praised Caesar salad. Others in our party were pleased with their wings, while another member enjoyed a Waldorf Chicken Salad, which was a lunch-sized portion that left her quite satisfied. The California Club was also a hit with another guest in our group. For me and another first-timer, we absolutely loved our experience and can't wait to try more items from the menu. The staff recommended dishes like Nashville Hot Chicken Sliders, Caribbean Chicken, Fajitas, and Fish Sandwich, all of which sound tempting. My only minor complaint—if I can even call it that—occurred when our meals were delivered. The server who brought our food had a somewhat gruff demeanor, and I heard that he was often like that. However, this was just a brief interruption in what was otherwise a fantastic experience, and I would definitely return.

Lady's night drink prices are on point, and they are great drinks too! We were seated fast, had great service and the food was all praise worthy. Caesar salad was over dressed and our table was dirty or else it would be a 5 from us. We will be back!!
