Jersey Mike's Subs - Franklin

The kids were respectful, well-dressed, and exhibited professionalism. The manager, Aiden, was impressively patient and exceptionally polite.

I've visited this Jersey Mike's several times and have been meaning to write a review but keep forgetting. There’s a young gentleman with butterfly tattoos on his arms who works there. Every time I see him, I know my sub will be fantastic! He always maintains a professional demeanor and delivers exceptional customer service, regardless of when we visit. If he isn't already a manager, he would certainly be a great candidate for the role, as he has become the face of the store for my family and me. I just wanted to acknowledge the outstanding customer service and give credit where it's due!

Clean and well staffed...and Jersey Mike 's easily beats the competition (especially Subway) walking away! Love their Original Italians...fresh sliced deli ingredients and hots , Mike 's way! What 's not to love.

Outstanding quality that you won't find almost anywhere else in the area. The downside is price (ouch! and a parking situation that makes picking up an order here a real challenge. Best to call your order in and have it waiting for you if at all possible.
