No better no worse than a “good “store bought ice cream It is a cute ice cream stand. The smell ofFresh waffle cones fills the air and draws you in. It is part of a growing store chain The poor girl behind the counter was working her scooping hand off View all feedback.
Such a friendly staff! Plenty of seating inside and outside. Love the outside seating, pleasant at night. Tasty treats. LOVE Texas Sheet Cake.

Never a let down. This is the only ice cream chain worth visiting. And visit often.!!!!
Best ice cream and service in Franklin. Employees were great and went above and beyond to make our visit worthwhile.
You can't go wrong with Jeni's. An Ohio-based company, they have exploded throughout the country with their unique flavors and richly creamy ice cream. This shop is a stand inside The Factory and sells all the usual flavors. If you don't want a lot of ice cream, order a kids scoop.
