Jack's Donuts Of Franklin

They had a little bit of a bum rush this morning. And I was the very last one in line. Nobody else behind me from the time that I walked in to the time That I left, They had new donuts on display so I was wanting information but the older lady was just rushing me. Cutting me off when I was asking questions. Telling me i've only got this many left. I have never felt so rushed in that store before. I will not be going back anytime soon. Seemed She just wanted people out of there. That customer service was **** poor. Usually when I go in there there's two younger ladies and they are awesome. I was not happy with this older lady's experience.

Always fresh, great variety of donuts and drinks, have Gluten free options, and speedy service. The weekday morning crew is especially friendly and welcoming.

I’m a donut snob, so when I say Jack’s Donuts are FRESH and delicious, you will like them. The Apple fritter was filled with chunks of apple. The sweet glazed croissant is a MUST try! The owner was in the store and was so friendly and kind. I’m from Kansas, and Jack, Jack’s Donuts and the adorable Downtown Franklin area delighted me.

I come here weekly because it is close to my house. When the younger teenage girls are working, they are very pleasant! If the older lady is working, she always seems like she didn’t get enough sleep the night before and is always on edge. Today they ran out of my wife’s favorite donut (which they frequently do) and it’s only 8:15am. I’m going to have to start making the longer drive to Long’s.

Doughnuts are great and so big. The staff are even better so friendly and polite. Take cash to tip. Wish you could tip on a card. They deserve it!!
