For some strange reason, whenever I place a mobile order, I don't always get everything I ordered, which means I have to drive back. Normally, I wouldn't be too upset, but this time I was annoyed because the cashier was laughing while I was receiving my order. I don't find anything funny about that. What GM MD doesn't like about Dunkin':
Worst customer service. Girl worker slim with eyeglasses look like she was on something , very irritable, inpatient rude, there is more that I 'm not going to mention here. I canceled my 24.60 order and took my family somewhere else. My advise: Stop at another dunking donuts location who will provide better customer service. Best DD location around...always have what I want in stock...breakfast foods always hot...great place!
