I hate to go here, but my children like the fries and tea. We usually get feuea that were picked up or chicken that just warmed up.... If you get a mixed box, I hope you like dark meat because they give you almost never white meat if there aren't wings.

I went on Monday evening around 8:45pm and from the moment I... read more Cashier Dr-T#308 needs to have her attitude adjusted or retrained in having great customer service. I went on Monday evening around 8:45pm and from the moment I started placing my order she was attitude when I asked a simple question if grilled chicken was available. She never confirmed the order and at the window I asked her if a specific drink was a coke and she stated no while rolling her eyes when I asked her if it could be changed. I wasn?t able to confirm anything else because she closed the window and never came back until food was ready. If you don?t like your job or having a bad day there is no need to take out in the paying customer or anyone period.

The woman who answered the phone seem... read more I’ve always had a great impression of Chicken Express since it opened, but I was disappointed with my call-in order today. The woman who answered the phone seemed uninterested and even hung up on me before taking my name. When I called back to provide it, she simply said, “Oh, it shows up.” Then, when my husband picked up the order, it had fried okra instead of the green beans I had requested—I can’t eat okra. Plus, there were French fries included that I never ordered. If my husband hadn’t checked the bag, it could have been a real problem.
