Was Lance Lauda at Cava a mag?
I ordered the Harissa Avocado Chicken (in the foreground) and the Spicy Green bowls at this restaurant. Both dishes were fresh and paired perfectly with the Pineapple Apple Mint juice I got from their tap. The restaurant was very busy, but the line moved quickly. I was impressed by the use of recipe cards that followed my order down the line. It's a great system! View all feedback.
What Laurence Kerluke dislikes about Cava:
This location just opened and has some kinks to work out. I am hopeful they can make some improvements with added staff, but my first visit was sub par. They were out of numerous items, so the options were limited, and the ice maker was broken. I will give this location some more time before trying again, as I have enjoyed the food at the Green Hills location and was eager to have one closer to home. View all feedback.

I really enjoyed the cava restaurant. The food was grilled to perfection and had a great taste.
I was thrilled to discover a Cava restaurant in Franklin, as I love their food. I have visited this place 4-5 times already. Unfortunately, each time they were either out or almost out of several ingredients, they never had pita, and the portions were extremely small. Recently, the rice was undercooked. I hope they can improve and match the quality of other Cava locations I have visited. So far, I have been greatly disappointed.

Impressed by the good music, good food, and friendly staff at this restaurant. The manager personally greets every customer as they enter. We will definitely be returning.
