Burger King - Franklin

You will always have to wait for your food quite awhile because they are horrible to their employees there for can 't keep any! The big wig Jackie is rude shouldnt be in charge of a rock let alone people 's careers. She does Not care about anyone!!! I like their food but I won 't go there again until she 's no longer running that store. I hate seeing her treat people like they are nothing. It 's despicable honestly. Shame on Cooperate BK for keeping that women around all these years!!!

The service was excellent. I really enjoyed the cotton candy cloud. I didn't like the original wrap or the honey mustard wrap. Too bland and unappealing. The mozzarella sticks were excellent.

Burger King is what you expect. Mushroom Swiss was a bit of a disappointment.

Standard burger. Much better than McDonald's but not as good as Wendy's. The dining room was cold and the floor was slippery. Dry but the tile was so smooth and shiny I could not safely walk. My canes could not grip on floor. My husband had to hang onto me tightly.
