Broken Spoon - Franklin

Loved my first experience here!! The open faced bao was so soft and fluffy!!! Literally perfect blend of ingredients and melted in my mouth! My partner loved it as well! Not only was the food amazing, but the owner was so nice and welcoming- we loved the atmosphere and everything the store stood for!!! 10/10 love an open liberal place of work. I will always rave over and support small businesses like these! P.S. Lovely lovely store owner- if you’re reading this- don’t forget about the Nutella Bao ; I’d love to see it on the menu as a dessert bao one day!

Food is AMAZING! This place is the real deal. Heads up, it is takeout (no seating). Home cooked atmosphere. I will drive to Franklin just to go here now. I can't say enough good things about this place. Go Here. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped in and got a pork sandwich. I believe it's real name is the Little Piggy. Some of the best food is the most simple and this was an incredibly savory and tender slice of pork on a cloud disguised as a bun. The atmosphere was pleasant and reminiscent of South Austin (Zilker Park) but there's no in-store dining. She's just down the street so I'll check out more of what's cooking there. Service: Take out

Well this place is quite a gem to find in Franklin, NH. I couldn’t wait to get home and dug into the first thing I could grab, the Bao Mi and it’s wonderful. One bite into the chicken bao and also great! Best buns and noodles around!
