One of the best ways to make them, or often, not only in franklin, but all the buck is from this world, bucks are beyond words, coffee is delicious and service is impeccable. they make something really remarkable here and it shows. they consider every detail. it is a special place to say the least and they are sure to always be satisfied. or more likely, ecstatic.

Great place! I got a latte, peach lavender scone and a loaf of rye bread. All were phenomenal. And the ambiance of the place is so welcoming and relaxing. Highly recommend

WOW, The Honey Wheat Sandwich loaf is truly Amazing.This was my first time stopping by Bent Willow Baking. It was later in the afternoon. They were busy but not over crowded. If you love fresh bake bread and amazing whole wheat bread like I do you have to give this bakery a try. My turkey sandwich never had it so good!The staff was friendly, helpful and extreamly knowedgable. It is located in a older renevated house which is truly a treasure to behold.My main tip would be get there early, like when the door opens for the best selections of baked goods. This has to be the best bakery in Franklin, NC! It is a must try!

Decided to drive down to Franklin from Highlands and found this absolute gem while driving through. Highly recommend the blueberry chèvre bun! The coffee was great as well, and the staff were wonderful. Thanks y'all!
