The barbecue was quite different from what I recalled from my time living in the area, featuring a noticeable vinegar flavor. I don’t remember the cornbread being served as a pancake, and in any case, it wasn't particularly flavorful or warm. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated.

This restaurant is fantastic! It has a charming atmosphere, delicious food, and a wide variety of great options to choose from.

We celebrated the end of my radiation treatments and had a wonderful time!

We were really looking forward to trying the food, but after waiting over 20 minutes at the drive-thru sign, we decided to leave. Someone addressed us over the intercom saying, “one moment,” and then never returned. While we understand that many places are understaffed these days, it's important to set realistic expectations and inform customers about potential delays in service. We were very disappointed that they didn't at least let us know there was a wait; we felt abandoned just sitting there.

The BBQ here is excellent, though I wouldn't say it's the best I've ever had. The title of "best" still goes to that BBQ spot I frequented as a child, which sadly closed down years ago. I was thrilled to find a selection of sauces on the table, including my favorite mustard-based sauce! I definitely plan to return the next time we're in the area.
