This place is a hidden gem! Breakfast was great. We had the Belgian waffle with eggs, sausage (highly recommended and bacon. Everything was super fresh and clearly freshly prepared. Atmosphere is perfect and everything seemed very clean. We?ll be back soon (probably today for lunch!
My husband and I tried 828 Café while in town. Although the food was fresh, it lacked flavor. We had the chorizo burrito and chicken sandwich. The food was all well made, prepared nicely, and the customer service was great but just bland. The fries were the most flavorful part of the meal.
Fantastic experience. Food was delicious, staff was pleasant and helpful. Get there early. This place fills up fast and for good reason. Chicken BLT with fries absolutely delivered!
Hiked in from Georgia and stopped in Franklin for a couple days. Had breakfast here and almost cried the coffee was so good. Spicy chorizo omelet amazing. Only a 5 minute walk from the hilltop in. Totally worth it for any through hiker or anyone else to get a top notch meal. #AT110
