a small winery near the river. we saw her sign and decided to immerse in the cozy warm place for some refreshments. it has a very comfortable feeling and at 3:30 the only other people there were seniors. while the menu was only in German, we managed to make a beautiful Italian primitivo and watched the afternoon light visor away. the place is tiny-seats by 15 on the first level. a great place for a glass of wine. Came a few times over a long weekend for late drinks. it serves up to about 2 o'clock. it is a small cozy place, with excellent service. they also play an excellent music, a mix of German favorite and classic pop tunes. it creates a...big atmosphere. the only negatiw I have is that it allows customers to smoke in the bar and because it is a small bar, it becomes very smokey. there are benches outside, on the main square where they can sit. not you eat.

Direkt am Römerberg liegt diese Weinstube. Klein aber fein, bei Schönwetter auch draußen. Große Auswahl an deutschen und internationalen Weinen. Freundliche Bedienung.
Super Weine schön gekühlt und warme Brezel. Leider keine Weine aus Rheinhessen!!Freundlicher Service. Für kleine Gruppen unbedingt reservieren.
Very pleasant. The wine was good, the snack was delicious and the service was very attentive and sympathetic. Small but fine!
