Oh so slow service, when service arrived it was pretty poor. Whilst we were a group of 20 the palaver to get each meal ordered was pure farce. Then the "long" wait, and when the first dishes turn up you think ok, but it must have taken 40 minutes for all the be served - so we thought! No one dish missing - by which time ... oh and Asian food is meant to have some spice, heat, flavour!! Must have all been on the missi... View all feedback.
I use to travel a lot as it is a requirement of my job assignment. I searched this restaurant on Google and found very near to my stay. I went there, it was around PM and raining outside. Sitting on seat just next to...glass window, mesmerizing bollywood song and great indoor ambience can make anyone admirer of the restaurant. interestingly the service they provide to their customer is unmatched. Their way of treating customer is absolutely fantastic. Body language, welcoming, presentation of everything is much appreciable. Specially 'Vicky' the guy who never allowed me to think that I am out of India. He treated me in an outstanding way. Being vegetarian, I always look for Indian restaurants whenever I visit any country. I had been to countries so far but couldn't find a restaurant of this like. A must must visit restaurant if you are in Frankfurt. Thanks to the management ! You have been awesome !
We were in Frankfurt for our daughters sports event, and hadn't really made dinner plans in advance. We stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to give it a go, it was delicious! Staff are very friendly, food was excellent, and this was the best Naan...I've ever had. Atmosphere : set in a shopping building they're probably limited to what they can change about restaurant. It's cosy, but not fancy. Music was a bit too loud, other than that I have no complaints at all, would gladly eat here again when in Frankfurt
Reheated, stale appetisers and even the recommended dish was quite poor... the service was below any professional expectations. Dal makhani was the only rescue for the outing... wont visit again...
It's probably true this restaurant could do with a bit of a refurb, it's a bit dated and shabby, but I can absolutely forgive that the food was simply superb. Offered a popadom while I browsed the menu it was perfectly crisp and...not at all greasy, with just enough blackened spots to suggest it was flame cooked. Had to have another couple with chutneys, which were also good! The Aloo Tikky starter was lovely. Fried to be nicely crisp on the outside with spicy soft potato inside, served with fresh salad and a raita sauce. The attentive waitress who spoke good English recommended the paneer curry with five types of pepper when I asked for a suggestion for a vegetarian main course. She also asked how spicy I'd like it agreed on real Indian spicy. It was one of the best curries I've eaten. I could taste each type of pepper in the sauce individually, and it was as spicy as I'd hoped for. The rice was cooked perfectly, and the garlic naan bread was just amazing not doughy at all, generously buttery and with fresh green herbs. Bill including a couple of beers was very reasonable. I will definitely eat here again
I visited the place as it was close to the hotel. The food was ok but not great. Popadoms were delicious but the main food was okay, wouldn’t crave it or want to come back. The price was too much for just dish and...the food portions were small for the price paid.. Overall it wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t go again
