what a huge airport! sometimes there are no vegan protein alternatives in a sprawling airport. not the case with cosi asiate, an Asian, fusion, sitting restaurant in the bankrupt b at terminal 1. there are a lot of options, from a generous bowl of edamame, to suppe meals, curries and stir fry all with tofu options. the meals are beautifully presented with authentic ingredients with lots of fresh and crispy vegetables...
