Drosselbart - Frankfurt

Frankfurt has plenty of places to sit and eat outside, however, not too many in the parts outside downtown. This is one of them. A traditional German beer garden with a large set of tables, good food, and good drinks. Many locals around and a...mixed audience of Äpplewoilovers cidre, and beerlovers, too

I am from Frankfurt and used to go to this place fairly often when I was still living there. So on our family visit recently we decided to go there the Beer garden is great and that's why I loved the place, going for drinks...only is ok, but am not too sure about the food. In particualar a Frankfurter specialty the Handkase. For one of the other reason they are serving it with Red onions which should not be as it changed the taste of the dish completely. To do that to a Frankfurter original and specialty deserves a poor rating. Otherwise the Service was good though rushed as it was busy and there didn't seem to be enough staff around. Morale of the story go for drinks and the Beer Garden

I love the Schnitzel at Drosselbart, as they are honest. Well made, not too pricey, fast. A nice owner and nice staff

The place is very local, but they do have menus in English most of the staff doesn't know they do. They have a restaurant indoor and a perfectly shaded beer garden outdoor sitting. Great atmosphere, enormous portions. Please tell service It's just off Eschersheim...station, and a min. Walk from ubahn Weißer Stein. Easy to find! Enjoy it!

I was here with colleagues.And we had a very uncomplex night.Good food,great beergarden,fast service fair prices.Terrace was full and everybody seemed to have a good time.My Grüne Sose was realy good.The patatoes was what I was taking for granted but realy stood out.Great patatoes!Will...be back
